McMillan Welding offers a number of general oilfield services. We are a general fabrication shop capable of providing a number of services including drilling rigs, rig components, truck fabrication, and general oilfield. We build skids, tanks, we also bend and break. Our field service includes rig calls, cut offs and general oilfield. Our welders are on call 24/7 and ready to serve your needs. McMillan Welding works hand in hand with a number of roustabout services in the area to provide quality service to our customers.
Plasma Machine
Our in-house plasma cutting system allows us to cut any thickness material ranging from 24-guage to 2” thick. This system allows us to cut materials such as mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. We have the ability to create new parts or reproduce your existing parts to your specifications with clean cut precision. Our plasma cutting system is fast, clean and accurate, which allows us to expedite your order promptly no matter the quantity or size. Designer pieces can also be fabricated to fit your special needs. Some examples of this include ranch entrance signs, company logos, silhouettes and yard decorations.
Press Brake
We have an in-house press brake that will allow us to bend whatever material that your job requires to your exact specifications up to 1” thick. We can build a wide array of products such as: tool boxes, doors, trays, shelves, tanks, etc. We have the capabilities of V-crimping your specified materials. This is just a small list of the possibilities.
Truck Shop
Our truck shop is fully equipped with a multitude of equipment to rig up a wide variety of oilfield service equipment. We specialize in roustabout and chemical truck rig up, pole trucks used to transport pumping units and rig movers’ trucks. Other services provided by our truck shop include, aluminum and stainless steel fabrication of tool boxes, fuel tanks, etc.
Field Services
McMillan Welding provides a number of field welders capable of meeting your oilfield needs. Services include: pumping unit repair, cutoffs, cattle guard repair, tank repair, fence repair, etc. We are very dedicated to providing a safe work environment for ourselves as well as our customers. We provide hot work permit services prior to all jobs that apply. All wellheads are pressure tested after any instillation. Our welders are available to serve your oilfield needs 24/7.
